These Terms of Service apply to your use of the LintLift online store and any purchase you make from it. By visiting the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you are younger, a parent or guardian must place the order for you.
Products and pricing
We do our best to describe and show our products accurately, but colors on your screen may differ slightly from the product. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. We may cancel or refuse an order, for example if there is a pricing or stock error, and we will refund you in full if we cancel an order you have already paid for.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify and its payment providers. By placing an order you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Please see our Shipping Information and Returns & Refunds pages, which are part of these terms.
Using our products
Use our products as directed, on dry fabric surfaces, and test on a small hidden area first, especially on delicate fabrics. Keep products out of reach of young children.
Disclaimer and limits of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our products and store are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Intellectual property
The LintLift name, logo, text and images on this store belong to us or our licensors. Please do not copy or use them without our written permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here, with its effective date, applies to your use of the store.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which LintLift is based, without regard to conflict of law rules.
